“Tales from the County” Artwork Exhibition


“Tales from the County” pays tribute to the area of Jap Ontario in a collection of expressive oil work and delicate watercolours. Crystal Beshara captures the spirit, tales, and serenity of the countryside, providing viewers a window right into a world the place time slows and nature reigns. “My work are my manner of preserving the simplicity and essence of rural dwelling, a way of life that’s slowly fading away, be it within the passing of time, pure disasters or improvements in modern-day farming. By way of my work, I try to doc this space and the inherent magnificence it holds,” she says.

The exhibition showcases over 20 items that vary from postcard measurement to massive work like “Doing the Heavy Lifting” (24×30 oil on wooden panel), “A nicely earned relaxation” (pair draft horses on the Vankleek Hill Truthful) and “Younger Colt,” a watercolour of an area cowboy and his younger gelding, and naturally “The Musical Trip,” a staple attraction from the Maxville Truthful . Every art work within the assortment is a testomony to Beshara’s considerate exploration and profound connection to nature and her surroundings.
