REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- NCCP Aggressive 2 Introduction Superior skilled and authorized.
- First Assist and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Respect in Sports activities

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- Expertise working with kids
- 2 years minimal of direct aggressive teaching expertise
- NCCP Trampoline 2 skilled, prepared to certify inside 6 months.
- Each MAG/WAG Certification most well-liked
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS SET:
- Robust class administration expertise and understanding of Junior Olympic, Xcel, CCP, and Provincial code of factors.
- A minimal of 30 hours teaching per week. This could embody daytime, night and/or weekend hours.
- Enter month-to-month evaluations, create lesson plans, and create yearly coaching plans as required.
- Coach WAG/MAG program as decided by the Board of YKGC
- Set up class teams and constructions
- Work collaboratively with coaches by delegating, planning, communication, and training tasks inside WAG/MAG and leisure applications
- Develops and ensures the efficient supply of brief and long run targets of athletes and the YKGC
- Actively recruit and develop new athletes and coaches
- Present mentorship alternatives for coaches below supervision
